A single servo-driven glue head lays a precise bead of cold adhesive along the side seam as the web runs, and a large-diameter pressing roller sets the seal instantly — no heaters, no cooling delay, no separate coating machine. The result is a consistent bond unaffected by ambient temperature, at full 300 bags/min speed.
