The most basic and most economical V-bottom machine in our range. Produces V-bottom and pinch-bottom bags — the flat bags you see at bakeries, fry counters, pharmacies, and confectioners. Simple construction, low maintenance, and the lowest-investment entry point into paper bag manufacturing.
Best for: Bakery bags, french fries, patty bags, pharmacy, confectionery, dry-fruit pouches, general retail — budget-conscious manufacturers.
The Sharp series also produces V-bottom bags, but at significantly higher speed and with better finishing than PBM. Available with optional window cutting for display packaging. Choose Sharp when production volume and bag quality matter more than entry cost.
Best for: High-volume bakery chains, premium food packaging, display bags with window, manufacturers needing faster output and cleaner finish.
These companion machines produce the handles themselves — twisted paper rope, flat paper handles, and rope-handle assemblies. Finished handles are then pasted manually onto paper bags. A cost-effective solution for lower-volume handle-bag production where a fully automatic AUTO machine or HPA attachment isn't yet justified.
