High-speed print mark sensor locks onto your artwork registration mark and adjusts cut position in real time. Every printed bag comes out aligned — no drift, no waste, no manual correction mid-run.
Complete job-to-job changeover — paper roll, bag size, glue settings — in around 75 minutes. With the all-servo option, tube forming and gusset adjustments are done from the touchscreen, cutting changeover time further.
Set your batch size on the HMI. The machine counts, and at every batch boundary kicks one bag slightly out of the stack. Your operator picks up exact bundles without stopping or hand-counting.
Glue flows one way from a pressurized tank directly to the glue duct — constant pressure, consistent bead, no recirculation. Bottom coating and side gluing fed by the same system. No solidification, no nozzle clogging, no manual refilling during runs.
